Processing & Shipping:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first.
• If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at vikheskouture@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
• Vikhe’s Kouture is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Returns:
International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes (paid by the customer)
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
