These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products on www.vikheskouture.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
• The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to the handmade nature of some items.
• Prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed after full payment.
• Payment methods accepted: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other options available at checkout.
• Vikhe’s Kouture reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or non-payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Vikhe’s Kouture is not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or force majeure.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return (except for custom or personalized items).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.
• Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within [7-14 days] after receiving the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
• All images, designs, and content on www.vikheskouture.com are the exclusive property of Vikhe’s Kouture.
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any content is prohibited.
7. Customer Service & Dispute Resolution
• For any issues, please contact vikheskouture@gmail.com before leaving a complaint.
• In case of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought. If unresolved, legal action will be taken under French law
